Pledgecents.com - A tool for teachers!

Teachers are always looking for ways to get much needed classroom supplies. I signed up for Pledgecents.com a while back, but have never utilized it. I usually stick with DonorsChoose.org. However, I received an email about a great opportunity this month that I would like to SHARE with you!

Create a cause on their page. For every facebook share this month, they will donate $1 to your project.  I am a little late, so I missed the ultimate opportunity to get up to $300 donated to my project. It is set up on a tiered level plan based on when you submit your project.

For projects submitted through the 3/14/16, they will donate up to $200 to your cause.  After that they will donate up to $100 to your cause.

It is a win-win situation. If you are late signing up, I would suggest submitting a small project for $100 or less. You can always use pens, pencils, copy paper, glue sticks, etc.

While there, please look for my project and share on Facebook.

Thank you and Good Luck!

#Bestschoolday ROCKS! with a match - Check this out!

This weekend DonorsChoose.org is hosting #Bestschoolday with very generous donors. Friday, hundreds of teacher projects were fully funded across the US. How awesome it that!

I only wish I had posted a project last week, but I didn't so I missed on this wonderful opportunity.  However, DonorsChoose.org charitable donors have continued the generosity throughout the weekend.  They are matching all donations!

I have posted 4 projects this weekend, which include some resources for other teachers at our school.  I want to show them how awesome this worthy cause is and how awesome you are with your generosity. Your donation as small as $1 is greatly appreciated and matched!
